Marketing & Social media Specialist (with SEO knowledge)

Are you interested in Mindfulness and well-being? Do you have some knowledge about SEO? Would you like to work and live in Spain, UK or Sweden for at least 4 months?

We are looking for 1 position to fill: Marketing & Social media content Specialist with SEO knowledge in Gothenburg (Sweden), London (UK) or Barcelona (Spain), Spain working for a leading and growing start-up company focused on Mindfulness, meditation, and Wellness.

Duration: 3 to 6 months
Start date: As soon as possible
Conditions: Exchange through a European job or internship short-term exchange program.
You can participate through the Erasmus +, EYE, or similar EU programs. For the EYE program you should have an interest in entrepreneurship and if selected prepare a business plan with our support.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a professional social media strategy and implementation plan
• Review all current accounts and consider any social media platform such as but not limited to LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook / Twitter/alternatives, to create a strategy for posting and to increase engagement.
• Create a full report with a clear data-backed justification on how to increase engagement and likes, as well as a full schedule for content delivery.
• Include innovative ideas for how internal staff can drive engagement as well as how the company can leverage external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• You are national or have a residence in a European Union country or from the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Iceland, Turkey, UK, Ukraine, and Kosovo.
• You know how to work remotely and manage tasks independently
• High communication skills and high organizational capabilities
• Well structured with high writing and reading skills
