We are looking for a candidate with an office and administration background for the position of Personal Assistant (PA) to work and live in Cyprus working for a legal and compliance company. 

Duration: Permanent or with the possibility through a European program of temporary duration
Conditions: in-office work, normal working hours


  • Acting as the first point of contact: responding to emails and answering calls
  • Managing and organising calendar meetings and appointments
  • Organising the manager’s commitments including traveling
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems


  • Eligible to work in the European Union (national or with already a visa permit)
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken). Other languages (Polish and Russian) will be considered an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask Flexibility and adaptability
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Prior experience will be considered an advantage
  • University degree or graduate student will be considered an advantage
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills
